Position Summary:\nThe purpose of a Flex Warehouse Worker / Driver is transporting orders over designated routes; ensuring safe operation of vehicles; and loading and unloading orders; maintaining required inventory levels; ensuring specifications, quantity and quality of orders are correct; verifying stock and identifying losses; and maintaining and organizing warehouse layout.\nEssential Duties/\n...\nResponsibilities:\n\u2022 Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and care according to requisitions generated by sales\n\u2022 Receive and organize incoming supplies\n\u2022 Identifies damaged products\n\u2022 Follows all security and safety procedures established by the EMS and Branch\n\u2022 Maintains fixtures and equipment\n\u2022 Assists with bin location upkeep and the physical inventory process\n\u2022 Monitors inventory stock levels for the purpose of notifying departments to ensure adequate stock levels\n\u2022 Perform cycle counts as required following through on discrepancies as needed.\n\u2022 Assist in performance of year-end physical inventories\n\u2022 Load and unload goods and materials from the warehouse onto the vehicle\n\u2022 Transport goods and materials to various locations in a safe and timely manner\n\u2022 Ensure that all goods and materials are properly secured during transport\n\u2022 Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report any problems to the supervisor\n\u2022 Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups\n\u2022 Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including packing and unpacking goods and materials\n\u2022 Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.\nEducation:\n\u2022 High school diploma or equivalent\nExperience/Skills/Abilities Required:\n\u2022 Valid driver's license and clean driving record\n\u2022 Experience operating a variety of vehicles, including trucks and Operating equipment used in warehouse\n\u2022 Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.\n\u2022 Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers\n\u2022 Attention to detail and ability to follow multistep, written, and oral instructions\n\u2022 Speak clearly\n\u2022 Adhering to safety practices\n\u2022 Operating standard office equipment including pertinent software applications\n\u2022 Preparing and maintaining accurate records\n\u2022 Required to perform basic math\nWork Environment/Physical Demands:\n\u2022 Most of their time will be spent driving and loading/unloading goods and materials.\n\u2022 Significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling.\n\u2022 Generally, the job requires 50% driving, 30% walking, and 20% standing.\n\u2022 May be required to work in a variety of weather conditions.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and has equal access to opportunities.\nWE ARE A DRUG FREE WORKPLACE.
