This position is central to ensuring seamless customer service, accurate inventory flow, and overall operational efficiency, requiring a detail-oriented and proactive individu\n...\nal capable of managing diverse responsibilities.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\u2022 Parts Management & Order Fulfillment:\n\u2022 Accurately fulfill customer orders, including assembling custom orders and preparing outbound shipments.\n\u2022 Process and verify incoming orders, determining required items and ensuring timely preparation.\n\u2022 Pack and ship parts to customers via designated carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx), ensuring proper documentation and tracking.\n\u2022 Deliver orders to customers as needed, ensuring timely and professional service.\n\u2022 Maintain organized parts inventory, ensuring system counts match physical inventory and preparing items for outbound shipments.\nAdministrative & Customer Support:\n\u2022 Serve as a primary point of contact for customer sales calls and email inquiries regarding inbound and outbound shipments.\n\u2022 Provide general administrative support to the Branch Manager and warehouse team, assisting with daily functions and tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.\n\u2022 Learn and efficiently utilize the computer billing system and other relevant company-specific software for order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting.\n\u2022 Assist in identifying and resolving customer and order-related discrepancies.\nWarehouse Operations & Inventory Control:\n\u2022 Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory and inbound receipts, both physically and through documentation.\n\u2022 Audit inbound receipts, physically and through receipt documentation, to ensure accuracy.\n\u2022 Identify and troubleshoot problems in warehouse inventory and the transfer system, conducting research to determine root causes.\n\u2022 Report details of damages or significant discrepancies to the Branch Manager.\n\u2022 Ensure correct storage, organization, quality control, and safe handling of all received stock.\n\u2022 Load, unload, move, locate, relocate, and/or stack merchandise in a safe, accurate, and orderly manner using a pick, forklift, or other power equipment.\n\u2022 Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment.\n\u2022 Perform other duties as assigned by management.\nQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily.
